The Varsity Boys got a huge Region win last night with a 50-45 Overtime victory over Calvary Day on the road. Devon Hagan hit the game-tying bank shot on an inbounds play with 4 seconds left to send it to overtime. The Tigers scored shot 9 of 10 in overtime from the free throw line to preserve the win. Norea Hunter led the Tigers with 15 points and 8 rebounds. Quincy Anderson finished with 11 points. Karon Taylor added 7 points and Myles Freeman had 6 points and 9 boards. The Tigers will get a rematch with the 1st place Savannah Country Day Hornets on Friday in the Tiger’s Den.
