Coach Welch entering his 3rd year at the helm of the Tigers. He is an alum of Claxton High School. Over the years he has helped turn around many programs in the area. Last season he led the Tigers to a playoff game. The program is growing every year. Coach was an outstanding player for the the Tigers in many sports.
